Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.


If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited in a

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.


We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@kohaparfum.com and send your item to: Rue Saint-Vincent 5, Vuadens, Fribourg, 1628, Switzerland.


Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit worth
equivalent to that of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you electronically.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves as a gift
give it to you later, we will send the refund to her and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
